How this compares

Most invoice automation platforms an Indian buyer evaluates alongside TaskAutomate are priced for a different market: Nanonets and Docsumo start in the high hundreds of dollars a month and expect an engineering team, while Bill.com and Tipalti add per-transaction fees on top of the subscription. Pricing questions

How much does TaskAutomate cost?

TaskAutomate starts at ₹2,999 per month (about $50) for the Starter plan, which covers 500 documents a month for 3 users. The Professional plan is ₹7,999 per month (about $96) for 2,000 documents a month, 10 users, unlimited workflows and API access. Enterprise pricing is quoted per organisation. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial with 50 documents and no credit card.

Is there a free plan?

There is no free-forever plan. There is a 14-day free trial that includes 50 document extractions and does not ask for a card. A free tier on a product with a real per-document AI cost tends to mean either a crippled product or a price increase for everyone paying — we would rather charge honestly and let the trial prove the product.

Are there per-invoice or per-transaction fees?

No. The monthly price includes the document allowance shown for that plan, and there is no per-transaction charge on top — which is the usual difference between TaskAutomate and AP platforms that price per payment run. If you consistently exceed your plan's document allowance, you move up a tier.

Do you price in Indian Rupees?

Yes, and INR is the primary price rather than a converted one. TaskAutomate is billed natively in INR, USD, GBP and AUD. Indian customers are not paying an FX spread on a dollar list price.

What does the annual plan save?

Annual billing charges ten months for twelve on both the Starter and Professional plans — ₹29,990 instead of ₹35,988, and ₹79,990 instead of ₹95,988.

Does the price change if I use the Tally Bridge?

No. Tally Bridge is included on every paid plan, including Starter. It is the part of the product that posts an extracted voucher straight into Tally Prime rather than making you import an XML file by hand, and it is not sold as an add-on.

What happens when I exceed my document limit?

Processing pauses rather than silently billing you for overage, and you are prompted to upgrade. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged without you choosing the new plan.

Can I change plans or cancel later?

Yes, plans change at any time from Settings → Billing, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Your extracted data stays exportable throughout.
